Troubleshoot Instructions
Chrome Muted Tab
Right-click the ImmerseMe tab in the Chrome bar above your URL and if there is an option to 'Unmute Site' then the ImmerseMe site has been muted, select this option to unmute the site and audio should be playing through your speakers now.
Or you can click the broken microphone icon on the right of your URL and change to 'Always allow sound...' then 'Done' and reload the page.
Firefox Muted Tab
Firefox has a very easy way of noticing if a tab is muted, the icon shown in the ImmerseMe tab lets you know that the site has been muted in the browser. To solve this, simply click on this icon and the browser will automatically unmute the ImmerseMe site and audio will play.
Windows Output Selection
To change the output settings on your Windows device we can either access the settings through the shortcut in your toolbar or through your device's Settings page. To access the shortcut, click the icon in the toolbar on the bottom of the screen; if this isn't shown, click the
icon to display the hidden settings. From here, select the audio output device you want to use and ensure the volume is set to an appropriate level.
If the settings above do not work for you, navigate to Settings > System > Sound and select your output device from here.
Apple OSX Output Selection
To ensure you have the correct output selected from your device, click the icon located in your device's toolbar (top bar on screen). From here select the output device you would like to use and ensure that the audio bar is at a reasonable level.
Or navigate to System Preferences > Sound > Output. From here select the output device you would like to use, follow the step above to ensure that the volume bar is at a reasonable level.
Apple iOS Output Selection
To ensure that your iOS device is playing audio, make sure that the volume bar in your control centre is at an appropriate level.
If the volume is not the issue then your device might be playing audio through another device, press firmly down on the 'Music' section in the control centre and it will bring up the screen shown below.
From here, click the icon which will bring up the screen shown below, make sure that the selected device is the output device you want to use.
